Holiday On October 20 In Telangana For Bathukamma

The Telangana government today announced that all its offices in the State would remain closed on Tuesday (October 20) to celebrate the Bathukamma festival.

The Telangana government today announced that all its offices in the State would remain closed on Tuesday (October 20) to celebrate the Bathukamma festival.

A notification was issued to this effect today. Schools and colleges have also been advised to stay shut.

Earlier in the day, Principal Secretary Narsinga Rao called a meeting at the Secretariat and asked the officials to make fool-proof arrangements for the festival celebrations.
