HC Extends Stay On Secretariat Demolition Till July 15

The Telangana High Court today extended its stay on the demolition of the Secretariat buildings by the Telangana government till July 15.

The Telangana High Court today extended its stay on the demolition of the Secretariat buildings by the Telangana government till July 15.

During the hearing, the court expressed displeasure with the government over it not submitting the details of the cabinet decision on the new Secretariat and the removal of the existing buildings.

The court said that at least a press note of the cabinet decision could have been submitted.

It asked the government to submit the details at the earliest, and postponed the case to July 15.
