The ACB special court at Purani Haveli, on Tuesday, remanded Kampli MLA T H Suresh Babu to judicial custody for 14 days.

He was arrested in connection with the cash-for-bail scam involving former Karnataka minister Gali Janardhan Reddy,

The special court took this decision when the officials produced him in the court after his surrender on Monday.

Following directions from the court, the officials shifted him to Cherlapally Central Jail.

According to the ACB, Suresh Babu was the fourth accused in the cash-for-bail scam. (INN)
