Assault Case Against Bellamkonda

Radha Krishna alleged that Bellamkonda had tried to cheat him in financial matters which had led to disputes that went out of hand when the producer reportedly assaulted him.

A case has been filed against popular filmmaker Bellamkonda Suresh by film financier Radha Krishna for allegedly having assaulted the financier.

Radha Krishna alleged that Bellamkonda had tried to cheat him in financial matters which had led to disputes that went out of hand when the producer reportedly assaulted him.

Cases have been registered against Bellamkonda under sections 322 (voluntarily causing grievous hurt), 421 (dishonest or fraudulent removal or concealment of property to prevent distribution among creditors), and 506 (criminal intimidation).

Bellamkonda Suresh, who has in the past produced hits like Naa Autograph, Kandireega, and, more recently, Bus Stop, is currently working on Jabardasth starring actors Siddharth and Samantha, and another film with Naga Chaitanya in the lead role.
