Producer Suresh Babu's Car Rams Activa, Three Hurt

The condition of the injured is stable. The police registered a case and issued a notice under Section 41 of the CrPC to the producer asking him to appear before them.

Three persons of a family were injured when a car, reportedly driven by Tollywood producer Daggubati Suresh Babu, rammed into a two-wheeler on Sunday night at Karkhana in Secunderabad.

Police officials said that the accident happened near Imperial Gardens around midnight on Sunday. A couple - Satish Chandra (35) and Neelam Durga Devi (30) - and their child Siddesh Chandra (3), fell down from the vehicle and received injuries. They were shifted in an ambulance to a private hospital for treatment.

Karkhana CI Madhukar said that the condition of the three injured was stable. The police registered a case and issued a notice under Section 41 of the CrPC to the producer asking him to appear before them.
