Film Personalities Mourn Dasari Narayana Rao Death
Chandrababu Naidu, Pawan Kalyan, Krishna, Junior NTR, Allu Arjun, Venkatesh, Mohan Babu and other luminaries paid floral tributes to the departed director.

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu today paid floral tributes to the mortal remains of eminent film director, producer, actor and former union minister Dasari Narayana Rao at Telugu Film Chamber Of Commerce at Jubilee Hills.
Recalling his association with the legendary director, Naidu said that he was not able to digest the fact that Rao was no more.
He said that Rao's death is a void for the Telugu people and the film industry, and that he would remain in their hearts forever. He described the departed multifaceted personality as an institution who rendered invaluable services to the film industry.
Prominent cine director K Raghavendra Rao, after paying floral tributes to the body of Dasari Narayana Rao, said the departed leader had proved himself a captain of the film industry. He conveyed his sympathies to the grieving family members of Rao.
Speaking after paying floral tributes to Rao's mortal remains at the Telugu Film Chamber Of Commerce, Ghattamaneni Krishna recalled his 50 years' association with the departed leader, who introduced many an artiste to the film industry.
A teary-eyed Vijayanirmala, wife of Krishna, said she was very lucky to have acted in films under Rao's able direction. His departure from this world dealt a huge blow to the cine industry and its workers, she said. She recalled that Rao was the only director who called her his beloved sister.
Ace film director and Dadasaheb Phalke awardee K Viswanath, actors Pawan Kalyan, Junior NTR, Allu Arjun, Daggubati Venkatesh, Narayana Murthy, Vijayachander, Naga Babu, Mohan Babu, Nasser and Jagapathi Babu, producer Dil Raju, directors Trivikram Srinivas, S V Krishna Reddy and Atchi Reddy, and a large number of film personalities paid tributes to a doyen of the film industry.
