Eros Inks MoU With AP For Entertainment City
The Entertainment City will comprise a media city, an amusement park, commercial and residential spaces, hotels, and leisure and healthcare facilities.

The Andhra Pradesh Government and Eros Investments Limited (EIL) Isle of Man, UK, on Saturday inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to set up a multi-billion dollar Entertainment City.
AP Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu said that this would give a huge fillip to tourism and create employment and infrastructure, and usher in investments into Andhra Pradesh.
Special Chief Secretary (Tourism) Chandana Khan signed the MoU on behalf of the AP Government, while Subodh Agarwal signed the deal on behalf of EIL, in the presence of the Chief Minister.
Eros Investment Limited is a subsidiary of Eros International PLC. The Entertainment City will comprise a media city, an amusement park, commercial and residential spaces, hotels, and leisure and healthcare facilities.
The integrated media city will have pre-production, production and post-production facilities for the film, TV and advertising industries.
The Chief Minister said that the Entertainment City would house hospitality clusters and attract large numbers of tourists, which would bring in revenues for the service sector in the state. (INN)
