MP B Vinod Kumar criticised Kodandaram proposing a rally on February 22 to exert pressure on the State government for jobs and employment opportunities.
TRS MP B Vinod Kumar today said that TJAC Chairman Prof. M. Kodandaram should stop provoking and misleading the unemployed youth in the State in the name of jobs.
Vinod Kumar criticised Kodandaram proposing a rally on February 22 to exert pressure on the State government for jobs and employment opportunities.
The MP also accused the TJAC chief of being supported by the Opposition parties to blame the State government.
Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, who had got statehood primarily for waters, jobs and resources, was working to fulfill the promises, he claimed, and said that examinations for recruitment in various categories were being conducted.
He asked the TJAC not to bring the youth and the unemployed onto the roads and provoke them. That would lead to "confusion" among the youth seeking jobs, he said.
"Prof. Kodandaram should refrain from taking up such protest programs for political gains. The State government is committed to providing jobs through the TSPSC and other departments. The government fully intends to fulfil the aspirations of the unemployed youth to get jobs," Kumar said.
He also cited various welfare schemes on which the government was spending huge amounts.
