Dharmana, Mopidevi To Appear In Court On 31 Dec
After 4 months of the case being pending, the CBI special court has issued notices to ex-minister Mopidevi and minister Dharmana asking them to appear in court on 31 December.
After having waited for 4 months for the government's permission to prosecute VANPIC land allocation case accused Dharmana Prasada Rao and Mopidevi Venkataramana, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) finally decided to allow the court to settle the case. With this intent, a 90 page memo was submitted at the CBI special court seeking the permission to prosecute them.
The memo has been approved, and the special court has issued notices to ex-minister Mopidevi and minister Dharmana asking them to appear in court on 31 December.
