Cyclone Phailin: SCR Opens Helplines
The SCR has set up helpline numbers at major railway stations including those at Vijayawada, Rajahmundry, Kazipet, Warangal, Khammam and Manchiryal, as also at Hyderabad and Secunderabad.

On account of cancellation, partial cancellation and diversion of several trains due to "Phailin" cyclonic conditions prevailing in the east coast region, the South Central Railway has set up helpline numbers at major railway stations including those at Vijayawada, Rajahmundry, Kazipet, Warangal, Khammam and Manchiryal for passengers to seek information regarding movement of trains.
In addition to the above, helpline numbers have been set up at Secunderabad and Hyderabad railway stations. The numbers are 040-27700868 at Secunderabad and 040-23200865 at Hyderabad.
The other helpline numbers are: Vijayawada - 0866-2575038; Rajahmundry - 0883-2420541/2420543; Kazipet - 0870-2548660; Warangal - 0870-2426232; Khammam - 08742-256025, and Manchiryal - 08736-250081. (INN)
