CPI Seeks Judicial Inquiry Into Nayeem Case

CPI Telangana secretary and former MLA Chada Venkat Reddy today demanded that the state government order a judicial inquiry into the gangster Nayeem case.
Hyderabad | 4th October 2020
CPI Telangana secretary and former MLA Chada Venkat Reddy today demanded that the state government order a judicial inquiry into the gangster Nayeem case.

The CPI leader slammed the state government for offering a clean chit to all the police officials accused of links with the gangster.

Nayeem was known for several land grabbings, murders, rapes and looting, and the step of letting all the 25 police officials go scot-free was an attempt by the TRS government to dilute the case for no reason, he said.

The state government could not show sympathy for heinous criminals, and Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao should intervene and punish all those involved in the case, he said.

The CPI leader asked the KCR government to order a judicial inquiry into the case to unravel the facts and punish those who helped the gangster.
