The two important Left parties of the State, the CPI and the CPM, have decided to work together in Telangana to penetrate deeper into the State.
The leaders of the two parties met at the CPM headquarters M B Bhavan in Hyderabad and took crucial decisions about their future action plans.
As a starting initiative, they have decided to make the protest programs scheduled to be held by the CPM in the ongoing month and those scheduled to be held by the CPI in April and May, grand successes.
The parties have also decided to hold a joint meeting of the State-, district- and mandal-level leaders of the party on April 9, and invite the national leaders of the two parties like Sitaram Yechury, D Raja, Dr K Narayana and B V Raghavulu for that.
The leaders also discussed the political conditions for the Left parties in the State and the country.
State secretaries of the CPI and CPM, Kunamneni Sambasiva Rao and Tammineni Veerabadram respectively, and others took part in the joint meeting.
