TDP Allays Controversy Around Naidu's Davos Visit

TDP MLC and senior leader Gali Muddukrishnama Naidu today alleged that the YSR Congress Party was spreading its false agenda against Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu's recent World Economic Forum (Davos) visit.

Speaking to the media, the TDP MLC vehemently refuted reports that the AP Chief Minister was not a special invitee to the World Economic Forum at Davos and that his name did not figure in the list of speakers. He claimed that without a special invite, CM Naidu would never attend a global event.

Gali said that YSR Congress leaders maligning the CM's image when the latter was striving to develop AP was unfortunate, unfounded and irresponsible.

YSRCP leaders, instead of levelling false allegations, should play a more constructive role, the TDP MLC suggested.
