Telangana Congress Legislature Party Deputy Leader T Jeevan Reddy today alleged that Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao, who had to start with entered Osmania University three years after becoming Chief Minister, had returned like a dumb man as he was scared of the students who were extremely upset with him for going back on several promises to them.
Speaking to the media at Assembly Media Hall on Wednesday, Reddy said that it was unfortunate that there were no speeches by the Chief Minister, or the Chancellor of the University and the Governor E S L Narasimhan, in the inaugural function.
He said that the Chief Minister should have explicitly spoken on the sacrifices of the students.
