Scores of civil services aspirants from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana secured ranks in the prestigious UPSC civil services exams.

Scores of civil services aspirants from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana secured ranks in the prestigious UPSC civil services exams.
The commission declared the results of the exams for 2022 on Tuesday.
The first four ranks in the exams were again secured by women aspirants like in the last year. Ishitha Kishore from Uttar Pradesh got the all-India first rank. Garima Lohiya from Bihar, Nookala Uma Harathi from Telangana and Smrithi Mishra from UP got the second, third and fourth ranks respectively.
Uma Harathi, the third ranker and the topper from Telangana, is the daughter of Narayanpeta district SP Venkateswarlu.
A total of 933 aspirants have been selected by the UPSC for various civil service posts this year. Of them, 345 aspirants qualified in the general quota, 99 in the EWS quota, 263 in the OBC quota, 154 in the SC quota and 72 in the ST quota.
A total of 180 aspirants have been selected for the coveted IAS posts, 38 for the IFS posts and 200 for the IPS posts.
G V S Pawan Datta from Tirupathi bagged the 22nd rank, Shakamuri Srisai Arshith came 40th rank, Avula Saikrishna came 94th, Anugu Shivamaruthi Reddy came 132nd, Rallapalli Vasanth Kumar came 157th, Kamatham Mahesh Kumar came 200th, Ravula Jayasima Reddy came 217th, Bollam Umamaheshwar Reddy came 270th, Challa Kalyani came 285th, Paluvai Vishnuvardhan Reddy came 292nd, Grande Saikrishna 293rd, Veeragandhan Laxmi Sujitha came 311th, N Chethena Reddy came 346the, Shruthi Yaragatti S came 362nd, Yappalapalli Sushmita came 384th, Ch Shravan Kumar Reddy came 426th, Bollapalli Vinuthna came 462nd, Apoorva Manda came 646th, Reddy Bhargav came 772nd and Nagula Krupakar came 896th.
