Naidu Asks Jagan To Reply To ED Notices First
Slamming Jagan's Delhi trip to complain against the defectors being made ministers, the CM asked him to first react to the ED charge of investing in fake companies.
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu today slammed Leader Of Opposition and YSR Congress Party president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy for the latter's recent Delhi trip and meeting with the President and other union ministers to complain against his cabinet expansion with defectors.
Naidu demanded that Jagan first reply to a tweet by Enforcement Directorate that the latter had made investments in fake companies.
Speaking to mediapersons during his visit to Visakhapatnam, Naidu fumed at Reddy's talking about defections and criticizing him.
"Jaganmohan Reddy should first react to the Enforcement Directorate tweet that he had invested money in some fake companies," Naidu said.
He also said that Jagan, a "financial defaulter", going to Delhi and talking tall on Acts and the Constitution was the equivalent of the Devil quoting the scriptures.
He also said that he had taken some decisions like giving ministerial posts to defecting MLAs for the development of the state. He pointed out that even Jagan had admitted other parties' leaders into the YSRCP.
"Unmindful of the politics, we are now focusing on the State's growth," the Chief Minister said.
He said that Andhra Pradesh would develop only if persistent and several unorthodox efforts were put in for 10 years.
He also vowed to achieve inclusive growth and all-round development if the TDP retained power for another term.
