The CBI, on Monday, moved the Supreme Court seeking cancellation of bail granted to 9 of the 10 accused in Satyam Computer's fraud. The bail of the main accused B Ramalinga Raju has not been challenged.
Advocate Arvind K Sharma submitted a petition before the Court on behalf of CBI, in which he challenged the bail granted to the other 9 accused, who have been given reprieves by different courts.
