Court Denies Anticipatory Bail To Jagan
There are speculations that Jagan might be arrested on Friday, 3 days before he is scheduled to appear in the court on 28 May.

In a major setback to YSR Congress president Jaganmohan Reddy, the CBI special court, on Thursday, rejected his plea seeking anticipatory bail in connection with the disproportionate assets case.
After hearing the arguments of Jagan's counsel, the special court, while rejecting his appeal, directed the probing agency to file a counter petition in the case, and adjourned the next hearing on the case to 28 May.
It may be mentioned here that Jaganmohan Reddy, on Thursday, filed an anticipatory bail petition in the CBI special court, fearing arrest.
Meanwhile, there were speculations that Jagan might be arrested on Friday, 3 days before he is scheduled to appear in the court on 28 May.
Earlier, Jagan alleged that the Congress, the TDP and the CBI have framed him. In a letter to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh 2 days ago, he had claimed that a conspiracy was hatched to trigger riots after his arrest and place the blame on him.
Earlier, the Andhra Pradesh High Court had also rejected his petition that sought exemption from personal appearance in the court. (INN)
