Builders To Get Full Support In Telangana: Minister
The Deputy CM said that the government aimed to facilitate, not hinder, builders' efforts through various initiatives.

Telangana Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka today said that the State government considered builders and real estate developers valued contributors to wealth generation and development, and that the government would extend full support to them.
Speaking as the chief guest at the Telangana Builders Green Summit at Novotel, Vikramarka said that the government aimed to facilitate, not hinder, the builders' efforts, through various initiatives.
He added that Hyderabad was a favourable environment for builders, and that policy initiatives were in place to enhance the city's green status. Giving the Musi river rejuvenation project as an example, he said that it was aimed at transforming Hyderabad into a global city, and had Rs 10,000 crore allocated for it, and that .
"The government is committed to transforming the river into a freshwater source and making it a boon for Hyderabad. It will Hyderabad into a marvelous city, and the Congress government is determined to push forward with the project regardless of hurdles or expenses," he said.
Speaking of othe related initiatives, he announced that all the diesel vehicles in Hyderabad would be gradually replaced with electric vehicles (EVs). "The government is willing to reduce EV registration charges despite the negative revenue impact. Our priority is making Hyderabad pollution-free; public health matters more than income," he said.
He also revealed plans for the Fourth City, Hyderabad's Future City, as part of a Net Zero pollution initiative. "The government will take policy decisions to prevent future challenges in this region," he added.
He also warned of strict action against those spreading false information intended to disrupt the works of builders and developers.
