The Amberpet Devasthanam Seva Samithi will be conducting a bonalu jathara and a rangam at the Amberpet Mahankali temple on August 5 and 6.

The Amberpet Devasthanam Seva Samithi will be conducting a bonalu jathara and a rangam at the Amberpet Mahankali temple on August 5 and 6.

Devotees will offer bonalu at the Mahankali, Ura Pochamma and Nalla Pochamma temples.

K Durga Prasad Reddy, Chairman of the Samithi, said that some 40,000 devotees would be participating in the Bonalu celebrations.

BJP MP and former union minister Bandaru Dattatreya, Home Minister Nayani Narasimha Reddy, TRS MP Jithender Reddy, Telangana Excise Minister T Padma Rao Goud, Animal Husbandry & Cinematography Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav and Endowments Minister A Indrakaran Reddy, former MP V Hanumantha Rao, Amberpet MLA G Kishan Reddy and other VIPs are expected to attend the bonalu jathara.
