BJP Wants Footage Of Attack On Swamy Goud Shown
Telangana BJP president Dr K Laxman asked why video footage of the attack was not being shown when on earlier occasions such footage was shown to the MLAs.
Telangana BJP president Dr K Laxman today sought to know why video footage of the incidents that took place in the Telangana Assembly on Monday was not being shown when on earlier occasions such footage was shown to the members.
"We do not really know how Council Chairman Swamy Goud was injured," Laxman said while talking to the media. Expulsion of MLAs from the Assembly was not a small thing, and all proof needed to be in the public domain, the BJP leader opined.
Reacting to the behaviour of the TRS MPs in Parliament, he said that the demand for reservations for Muslims in Telangana by the TRS MPs was condemnable. Did Y S Rajasekhar Reddy, the ex-Chief Minister of united AP, take the permission of the Centre for providing reservation to Muslims when he was in power, Laxman also asked.
