Not Against Telangana: Balakrishna
Nandamuri Balakrishna has withdrawn his comments against Telangana and Ram Charan Tej, saying the media distorted his words.

Nandamuri Balakrishna is again in the news for all the wrong reasons again.
After a section of media reported that he is in favour of an integrated state, he drew a lot of flak from Telangana supporters.
This comes close on the heels of his face off with Chiranjeevi's family.
Backtracking on the T reports, Balakrishna said that they were distorted, and that he has no intention to harm people from any region.
TDP, the party founded by his father NTR, is in the eye of a storm for its stand, or the lack of it, on Telangana, and Balakrishna, who had campaigned for the party in the 2009 elections, made it clear in his clarifications that he is not against any region.
He also went on to assert that he has no malice towards Chiranjeevi's family or Mohan Babu's family.
He had to give the latter clarification following his comments at a function criticizing a young hero, apparently Ram Charan Tej, for comments Tej made about the dearth of good directors in Telugu while Tamil has given Kamal Hasan and Murugadoss.
Chiranjeevi eventually downplayed Balakrishna's comment and called him a senior artiste who is a nice man, and the latter said that his anguish was aimed at Ram Charan, and that what he (Balakrishna) had said was distorted.
With both the top stars speaking from the head and in a friendly tone, gossip mongers are disappointed. (INN)
