The Chief Secretaries of Telangana and AP today held discussions on the pending bifurcation problems, and reportedly took decisions on all the major issues.
In a significant development, the bifurcation problems of the two Telugu states are likely to see a logical end soon.
Taking directions from Chief Ministers K Chandrashekar Rao and Y S Jaganmohan Reddy, Chief Secretaries Somesh Kumar and Neelam Sahani of Telangana and AP respectively today met at BRKR Bhavan and held discussions on the pending bifurcation problems.
They reportedly took decisions on all the major issues.
The CSs reportedly discussed all major and key issues, and will submit a report to KCR and Jaganmohan Reddy for the CMs to take a final decision.
The meeting gets priority as other top officials of the two states had already met followed by instructions from KCR and Jagan to find amicable solutions.
It may be mentioned here that KCR and Jagan had met at Pragathi Bhavan some time ago and asked Somesh Kumar and Neelam Sahani to hold frequent meetings and address all the most vexing issues.
With this meeting, all issues, including the ones concerning the 9th and 10 schedules, Deccan Infrastructure, land, AP Bhavan in Delhi, the RTC, the division of assets and liabilities, the power staff, funds and others may see solutions finally.
