AP CM Chandrababu Naidu Meets Japan PM Shinzo Abe

Abe promised that Japan would extend full cooperation to Andhra Pradesh in its development and in building a capital city.

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu met Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe at his office in Tokyo today.

During the meeting, Prime Minister Abe said Japan would extend full cooperation to Andhra Pradesh in building a world-class capital city.

"Japan will extend full cooperation to the new state of Andhra Pradesh in its development and also in building a capital city," Abe said, according to a CMO release.

Abe added that this meeting would strengthen bilateral ties between Japan and India, and open new vistas for both the countries in their strategic and global partnership.

In a short span of time, Abe said, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and AP Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu had visited Japan, seeking its cooperation for building smart cities and in improving bilateral ties.

He said that Japan was hopeful of improving and strengthening its relations with India and Andhra Pradesh in various sectors like trade and commerce, infrastructure, technology, agriculture and automobiles.

The Chief Minister invited PM Abe to Andhra Pradesh as part of his visit to India in January. He also handed over the Tirupati prasadam to Prime Minister Abe and presented a memento to him.

Indian ambassador to Japan Deepa Gopalan Wadhwa, ministers Yanamala Ramakrishnudu and P Narayana, MPs Galla Jayadev and C M Ramesh, AP special representative in Delhi K Ramamohan Rao, Advisor (Communications) Dr. Parakala Prabhakar, Principal Secretary Satish Chandra and others were present at the meeting. How is this news related to hyderabad,It is a news related Seemandhra state.
