The Telugu Desam Party on Tuesday threatened to intensify its agitation if the state government fails to resolve the drinking water and power crises.
Talking to reporters in the Assembly premises, TDP MLA Sunita Dayakar Reddy complained that the state government was not serious about resolving the ongoing power crisis.
She said that most rural areas across the state are facing a severe drinking water problem, and said that the government has not been taking serious measures to resolve the crisis.
Sunita Reddy added that the TDP would organise massive protests if the government fails to take action. (INN)
