Amit Shah To Visit Hyderabad On March 15

Union Home Minister Amit Shah will visit Hyderabad on March 15 to participate in a pro-CAA (Citizenship Amendment Act) meeting being organized by the state unit of the BJP.

Telangana BJP president K Laxman made this announcement.

He said that Shah would address a massive public meeting in support of the CAA to be organized at Lal Bahadur Stadium.

Laxman also alleged that the TRS government, in a tacit understanding with the MIM, was indulging in a misinformation against the CAA, the NCR and the NPR.

The BJP, which was creating awareness among the people about the CAA by conducting a door-to-door campaign and meetings, would fight the parties which were misleading the people on this new law passed by the Parliament, politically, he said.

The Home Minister would dispel apprehensions that the CAA would affect the citizenships of some Indian citizens, he said.
