The Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly monsoon session will start on August 31.
Speaking to the media, Speaker Dr Kodela Siva Prasad Rao said that all necessary arrangements had been made for the session.
He suggested to the members that they utilize the House time for meaningful discussions on public issues and not waste the public money in stand-offs.
The members may pull up the government in case it committed mistakes, but not behave in an indecent manner in the House, he said, and made it clear that he would act impartially.
