20.11 Lakh City Households Covered In Survey
149,308 households could not be covered on Tuesday. And the Old City topped that list, with approximately 50,000 households left uncovered.

The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has surveyed more than 20 lakh households in its limits.
According to the GHMC, while 15,24,392 households were identified in the Census 2011, a total of 20,11,293 households were covered during the Intensive Household Survey conducted on Tuesday.
7,557 households refused to participate in the survey. Another 60,660 households were found locked. And approximately 149,308 households could not be covered on Tuesday.
The maximum of 479,959 households were covered in the North Zone, 455,160 in the Central Zone, 383,897 in the West Zone, 367,575 in the South Zone and 324,702 households in the East Zone.
The Old City (South Zone) was on top of a sad list with approximately 50,000 households left uncovered, followed by 36,425 in the Central Zone, 30,000 in the East Zone, 24,633 in the North Zone and 8,250 in the West Zone.
The GHMC Commissioner said that the leftover cases would be taken up shortly once the dates were decided by the government, and the process would be notified. (INN)
