The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has launched a 24x7 call centre for grievance redressal. The cell, to be situated at the CMTC building at Banjara Hills, will operate with the number "155304".

Addressing a press conference on Monday, GHMC Mayor Mohammad Majid Hussain and Commissioner M T Krishna Babu said that citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider, including both landline and mobile numbers.

"The call centre will operate with six seats in each shift, and can be expandable to 10 seats in each shift. The call center can take 60 concurrent calls at any given point of time," it was announced.

The Commissioner said that the call centre would register all types of grievances and provide end-to-end redressal and follow-up with the officers concerned at various levels.

It will have two PRIs with 60 channels live to handle call centre calls, and one additional PRI with 30 channels to handle redundancy.

The data connectivity is through Intranet with a speed of 2 Mbps, and the facility will also have a 24x7 power backup.

Apart from this call centre, grievances can be registered through three other mediums. Citizens can lodge complaints through the website www.ghmc.gov.in, through the eSeva number on 1100, and during the GHMC's Face2Face programme with citizens. Further, grievances registered through VIPs, including MPs, MLAs, MLCs and corporators, will also be registered with the call centre.

The Mayor and Commissioner said they would personally monitor the functioning of the call centre, which, they claim, is being operated by professional and "highly qualified" personnel. (INN)

I live in venkateshwar nagar,malkajgiri hyderabad .
Near my home a lady of ghmc is covering the garbage from near by streets and throwing near my house . It is causing a lot of mosquitos and diseases
Near my house . When i said her she said when u will give me money then only i will take and the other man of ghmc who should take the garbage he is also not taking . When i said him he spoke me in a abusive language . I have some videos on that.

Sir, For the past 2 weeks our street lights in VIJAYAPURY COLONY ROAD No 1 AND STREET No 2, NAGOLE ROAD KOTHAPET, HYDERABAD functions from 6.00 pm to 11.00 pm only.. Exactly at 11.00 pm all our street lights will not FUNCTION. Several complaints were made to all the concerned officials but in VAIN. So far no action has been taken. Please do the needful.

I am a resident of Bhaskar Rao Nagar Phase 3, plot no 44B, Sainikpuri, Next to Maruthi provision. Store. Sir, there is a fully outgrown Cassia tree in front of my house which is fully slanted and it's branches are bent over my service wire and even the Main electrical 3 phase wire. I had already complaint to Kapra municipality, but no response from them. This monsoon season I had my own fears as to hen the tree will uproot itself and fall over the electrical wires as part of the roots are already visible on the ground.
I will be grateful Sir, if you inform our electrical department at Kapra to trim down the branches, as there will be more foliages in the next months. Hoping for an immediate response from you Sir. Have a good day.

The drainage in Balaji Adarsh avenue ocolony,behind venkata Sai homes,Nizampet village,Nizampet muncipalty is overflowing for past 10 days.The house numbers are 1-120/26,1-120/25/,1-120/32 etc.The overflowing water from a nearby dirty pond is connected to the drain .please get
It rectified.drainage

The footpath in Domalguda near GHMC ward office is occupied with shadab stone since one year. Footpath meant for walking doesn't serve the purpose.
The broken GHMC garbage cart is lying right outside the GHMC Domalguda ward office. Who is responsible to remove that. I have given several complains and yet its not been removed.
Sad state ! Kindly give instructions to the authorities to remove the stone and clean up the area.

Dear Sir,
We would like to request you to remove GHMC Garbage dust bin which is located on the Rain Bazar Road on the corner of SRT colony Islamia College, in front of the Jawharpura Aik Khana Masjid Street. Which is creating Diseases, Bad smell, Mosquitoes etc. for the surrounding residents and in rainy season all the garbage is coming back to our homes, which is creating many diseases in the area and specially we are affecting a lot. Kindly look into this matter seriously and take necessary action as soon as possible. Thank you.

Dear sir,
This is kameswara rao owner of house no 1-9-278/61/A adikmet street no -8, ramnagar Gundu hyderabad 500044 is to submit the following grievance which is to be taken action immediately to your kind self.
Due to heavy rains, 30 year old tree has uprooted and about to fall on our house. it may damage, not only my old house with out pillars and also the electric pole which is also old one. the electric pole is also at damaged position which is taking the support of wires. we have informed to all the authorities GHMC, Horticulture dept, disaster management today on 7/10/2019 through phones and sent photos of said situation to all the authorities
.
we need an immediate response, because if it rains heavily one more time, a heavy loss to our property and to our lives will be occurred. There are 10 families residing in house as it is G+2 storyed building.there is a possibility of short circuit also.
plz take action immediately.

In road no 9 at h no 214 and 213 Drainage manhole and cover damaged due to recent road widening . The road is having heavy traffic and manhole is in open condition . Accident may occured . Pl do needful as early as possible
