The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has launched a 24x7 call centre for grievance redressal. The cell, to be situated at the CMTC building at Banjara Hills, will operate with the number "155304".

Addressing a press conference on Monday, GHMC Mayor Mohammad Majid Hussain and Commissioner M T Krishna Babu said that citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider, including both landline and mobile numbers.

"The call centre will operate with six seats in each shift, and can be expandable to 10 seats in each shift. The call center can take 60 concurrent calls at any given point of time," it was announced.

The Commissioner said that the call centre would register all types of grievances and provide end-to-end redressal and follow-up with the officers concerned at various levels.

It will have two PRIs with 60 channels live to handle call centre calls, and one additional PRI with 30 channels to handle redundancy.

The data connectivity is through Intranet with a speed of 2 Mbps, and the facility will also have a 24x7 power backup.

Apart from this call centre, grievances can be registered through three other mediums. Citizens can lodge complaints through the website www.ghmc.gov.in, through the eSeva number on 1100, and during the GHMC's Face2Face programme with citizens. Further, grievances registered through VIPs, including MPs, MLAs, MLCs and corporators, will also be registered with the call centre.

The Mayor and Commissioner said they would personally monitor the functioning of the call centre, which, they claim, is being operated by professional and "highly qualified" personnel. (INN)

Yapral- Kowkur Main road was in a perfectly good condition with no potholes etc. Infact, it was like airport runway.

On 4th Jun 2019 - they have re-laid the entire road - with no notice and NO NEED.

Other roads that actually need repairs are being neglected. Why is the government wasting our tax payers money? Who is responsible for this decision of laying a new road on a perfectly good road...

Somebody is making a lot of money in-between for these approvals.

PROBLEM : Since 7 days sump drainage leakage in formt of the above said address . some road reconstruction work is going on with the JCB Machine damage the pipelines with the Machine due to this cause heavily leakage can any take action immediately .....EMERGENCY... NOT even walk to out side full of covered drainage leakage water .EMERGENCY....RES[ONSE..

We are the resident of Sri sai enclave tirumalgiri Ward.no 1 here in our there's a lot of dog menace there are all around 7 dogs and are not allowing us to sleep all night our colony resident are facing major issues these dogs have also killed our cats I would humbly request you to take serious action.

ghmc people are not collecting wastage from our hone that chatta person comes once or twice in a month so people are throwing wastage in our surrounding....... i requst u take immediate action on that person who is irregular in his work but takes his payment on tim..... masjid e mohiuddin, ganesh temple, vanasthalipuram , Hyderabad..thank you

Ghmc has given permission for contruction of pjpeline nalla to some corporate builders but only half was constructed and the other half was left over.

pls look into the matter as the nalla land also may be taken over by corporate builder.

Haha . Hope everyone could see this. Hundreds of comments are being advertised here to let people know that nothing gonna be happen. I love in Siddiqi Nagar which is beside Hitech City. I have noticed that there will be seperate Dustbin for each and every street over there
Why not here then
The garbage is not cleared from several days. The municipality is not working.
The area don't have any roads
The area is not so cleaned
There is no water supply for that.

Hi Team,

i am a Resident of Badangpet Resides at H.no.33/75, TSR nagar, phase-2, near Tsr Swimming pool, Badangpet.

the drainage in our colony has been blocked and the drain water is been overflowing through manholes and also the drainage water got mixed with our homes bore well, and the bore well water is also smells like drain water ever since then we has given a complaint on 25-05-2019 at Badangpet Grampanchayat regarding this issue but those people have visited the location and said about this is a major issue we need to get a sewage cleaning machine and later on there is no signs of helpfulness from them.

i request GHMC to please resolve my problem and make us feel part of this health environment.
