The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has launched a 24x7 call centre for grievance redressal. The cell, to be situated at the CMTC building at Banjara Hills, will operate with the number "155304".

Addressing a press conference on Monday, GHMC Mayor Mohammad Majid Hussain and Commissioner M T Krishna Babu said that citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider, including both landline and mobile numbers.

"The call centre will operate with six seats in each shift, and can be expandable to 10 seats in each shift. The call center can take 60 concurrent calls at any given point of time," it was announced.

The Commissioner said that the call centre would register all types of grievances and provide end-to-end redressal and follow-up with the officers concerned at various levels.

It will have two PRIs with 60 channels live to handle call centre calls, and one additional PRI with 30 channels to handle redundancy.

The data connectivity is through Intranet with a speed of 2 Mbps, and the facility will also have a 24x7 power backup.

Apart from this call centre, grievances can be registered through three other mediums. Citizens can lodge complaints through the website www.ghmc.gov.in, through the eSeva number on 1100, and during the GHMC's Face2Face programme with citizens. Further, grievances registered through VIPs, including MPs, MLAs, MLCs and corporators, will also be registered with the call centre.

The Mayor and Commissioner said they would personally monitor the functioning of the call centre, which, they claim, is being operated by professional and "highly qualified" personnel. (INN)

Respected sir,
In my House No 16-2-147/55/f ,Drainage is blocked ,out side the gate manhole is blocked ,inside the house drainage is overflowing from a week and small childrens are there we are suffering,so please kindly solve the problem soon.

in champapet balaji nagar garbage people r very irregular n they collect the amount of 80 rupees ontime. if we pay late one day also shouts loudly. behaviour also not good

Lot of dust.. Person collecting garbage won't come atleast weekly once.. but he always comes on time to collect money. Even though we did repeated requests he behaves in same way.. need to respond immediately (9490302997)

Sir i am living in madhura enclave , near select talkies, Machabolaram, Alwal, in Secunderabad. My complaint is that the Street light pole no 133/2184 and 133/2188 have not blowing since one month. because connecting wire remove from the place and another one is having loose connect. This area, snakes and other kind of harmful living thing are passing here and there and dangerous to the human-beings and childrens also. I request concern authority to take this matter seriously and do the needful.
2. Above mentioned this two street lights are blowing by the hanging naked electric wire. this complaint already given in writhing in the year 2016 and 2017 but no action taken on this. Please inter vain in to this matter and take the needful action.

Talk about Swach bharat and telangana , Garbage is stinking in my house from 4 days , Garbage picker dosent come regular and when asked says this is the way it is , Already raised complaint with ghmc but the ticket was closed without resolution. STOP FOOLING PEOPLE SAYING SWACH WHEN YOU CANNOT EVEN MANAGE HOUSEHOLD GARBAGE #GHMC # SWACH BHARAT

Good morning sir,
We are the residents of Sri Vyshnavi Arcade, H.no- 1-10/3, Mythri nagar colony, Madinaguda, Miyapur. Since 2 days we are facing drainage issues as the drainage pipeline is blocked by one of the neighbours behind our apartment using rice bags and big sized rocks demanding we route the drainage pipeline to the man hole which is in front of our apartment.
Our neighbours who are in the front lane do not allow us to connect to the man hole in front of the apartment due to which the flats in the first floor are totally flodded with drainage water and duct leakage.
Despite of complaining thrice to the municipality there is no response.
I request your good office to initiate immediate action and rescue us from this problem.
Hoping you will do the need full at the earliest.

Garbage collection is not being done regularly. During the month of April garbage was collected for FOUR times hardly and during this month, garbage was collected for TWICE so far.
I request you to look in to the matter and resolve at the earliest.

Stray dog menace and life threatening. I log off from office around 3.30 AM .While walking to my hostel after I'm dropped. I have been threatened by a whole pack of stray dogs every night. PLEASE eradicate them immediately . I stay in Gachibowli Indira nagar. Cup bank lane pin is 500033

We travel via Tolichowki ,Shaikpet road daily.The condition of the road near SBI bank opp TMC ,Tolichowki is horrible with lot of digs and all vehicles run at zero speed . GHMC has got good mechanism and expertise and could not take up the levelling the road for so many years. Pl lay some quality road.

Respected Sir,
I am Sainath Goud resident of Neredmet (Renuka Nagar), secunderabad-500056. A month ago CC roads were constructed in our area, its a good thing. But the mud big stones were left as is on middle of roads and sides of road. We Residence are facing problem a lot and motor vehicles are skidding as the mud left on the road. Could you please take action and sent your people to clear the roads. Hope you will look into this, thanks in advance.
