The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has launched a 24x7 call centre for grievance redressal. The cell, to be situated at the CMTC building at Banjara Hills, will operate with the number "155304".

Addressing a press conference on Monday, GHMC Mayor Mohammad Majid Hussain and Commissioner M T Krishna Babu said that citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider, including both landline and mobile numbers.

"The call centre will operate with six seats in each shift, and can be expandable to 10 seats in each shift. The call center can take 60 concurrent calls at any given point of time," it was announced.

The Commissioner said that the call centre would register all types of grievances and provide end-to-end redressal and follow-up with the officers concerned at various levels.

It will have two PRIs with 60 channels live to handle call centre calls, and one additional PRI with 30 channels to handle redundancy.

The data connectivity is through Intranet with a speed of 2 Mbps, and the facility will also have a 24x7 power backup.

Apart from this call centre, grievances can be registered through three other mediums. Citizens can lodge complaints through the website www.ghmc.gov.in, through the eSeva number on 1100, and during the GHMC's Face2Face programme with citizens. Further, grievances registered through VIPs, including MPs, MLAs, MLCs and corporators, will also be registered with the call centre.

The Mayor and Commissioner said they would personally monitor the functioning of the call centre, which, they claim, is being operated by professional and "highly qualified" personnel. (INN)

I am from ramanthapur rtc colony near e Deva opposite to ex -municipal chairman Srinivas.
My complaint is against the boy who takes garbage. He is not coming regularly and even not good at his approach. All the colony people are facing problems with that boy. The boy hardly comes two days a week and demands for money by first.if we ask him for his regularity he is not taking the garbage at all. Please look in to the problem as an urgent need .

Hi, My first complaint was on Jan 17 2018 over flow of drainage water on main road New hafeezpet land mark Lord Fitness GYM and also submit the complaints from GHMC app. I receive many calls but action has been take from GHMC authority. I made several to call center and area supervisor no one need to resolve the drainage issue. Waste of calling GHMC authority

Sir i stay in mallikarjuna nagar beside mallanna temple, hear we are fed up with the street dogs every day, request you to take care and please catch them recently a walker was injured

Sir, near my house the drainage overflows , neighbour is maintaining diary and spreading all waste and dung in opens plots in the colony. It is causing more bread of moskito and causing discomfort and unpleasant situation among colony people. Apart from one ghmc garbage lifter is dumping all the garbage in open area and segregation process is undertaking. Colony is became like grave yard. . Every body talks about swach Bharat. Please visit our colony and decid whether minimum justification is being done or not. Finally I request your team to visit our place and do needful..door no 1-30-149, khanajiguda. Diary form Road. Raised complaints over 100 till now but no reaction from officers. Hanuman Nagar, which is located adjacent to Rajendra Nagar 500030. No road facility, drinking water, drainage from past 42 years. Located in center of city but struggling for basic facilities. Worst than any corner village in state. Never saw laying any road since I born.

Dear sir,

Iam resident of kukatpally 7yh phase we have drainage over flow problem in our street. Please take care of that, we tried calling to the above mentioned number but it doesn't work. Dirty water on that causing discomfort and unpleasant. I request the authority to take action and clean at the earliest.

Sir, This is S.Saikumar from Dilsuknagar Hyderabad sir am having problems regards my street Gaddianaram.Here so many problems of dringes, roads is not clear, mosquitoes etc and anybody is not caring my street. Please kindly solve the problems as soon as possible.

I live in yellammabanda. one of our neighbor used to wash cloths in road and also cleaning mouth etc.when we ask about it they used to argue with us.so please take action on it .location :near plot no 628 .

We have been in trouble by the increase in the number of street dogs(around 10 to 15). They are wild and chasing the people and kids specially. So its being very difficult to walk on the roads.Please send a dog van to catch them. I hope you understand the situation.
