The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has launched a 24x7 call centre for grievance redressal. The cell, to be situated at the CMTC building at Banjara Hills, will operate with the number "155304".

Addressing a press conference on Monday, GHMC Mayor Mohammad Majid Hussain and Commissioner M T Krishna Babu said that citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider, including both landline and mobile numbers.

"The call centre will operate with six seats in each shift, and can be expandable to 10 seats in each shift. The call center can take 60 concurrent calls at any given point of time," it was announced.

The Commissioner said that the call centre would register all types of grievances and provide end-to-end redressal and follow-up with the officers concerned at various levels.

It will have two PRIs with 60 channels live to handle call centre calls, and one additional PRI with 30 channels to handle redundancy.

The data connectivity is through Intranet with a speed of 2 Mbps, and the facility will also have a 24x7 power backup.

Apart from this call centre, grievances can be registered through three other mediums. Citizens can lodge complaints through the website www.ghmc.gov.in, through the eSeva number on 1100, and during the GHMC's Face2Face programme with citizens. Further, grievances registered through VIPs, including MPs, MLAs, MLCs and corporators, will also be registered with the call centre.

The Mayor and Commissioner said they would personally monitor the functioning of the call centre, which, they claim, is being operated by professional and "highly qualified" personnel. (INN)

Despite given accurate birth details, Lazy stupid GHMC employees given my birth certificate with wrong details. And there is no transperancy to caught such stupid lazies. and I have to submit documents and pay money for their cheap GHMC employees

Me Staying in Airlines Towers, Sindhi Colony , PG Road, Secunderabad. Street sweepers comes around 10am in morning and sweeps roads, GHMC has not made new road after digging for sanitation they have not reloaded, so when sweeping pollution of mud and smoky dust of mud prevails that it creates health problem and vehicles which r cleaned gets dusty.
Contractor person of sweepers is requested several times personally, but no cooperation & still argues will b done at 10am or even some lately but cant b in early morning hours of 6:30am or max 7am.
Hereby requesting GHMC to intervene & settlw issue of sweeping colony roads at and around 7am .

hello sir we live in ram reddy nagar near venkatreddy nagar amberpet.We have very serious issue with drinage facility.It is jammed and flowing in to houses and all drinking water sump, bor water were filled with drinage water This is very terrible. hello sir we live in ushodaya colony gajularamaram.We have lot of issue with drinage facility.It is jammed and flowing in to houses .This is very terrible.All small children and old people are getting infected by it.We have given complaints lot of times but no one is caring about it.Kindly reslove it .It is in ushodaya colony last lane Plot no:412 near church.Kindly begging to reslove this issue as soon as possibe

I am living in krishna nagar,side lane of vasanta hardware. We dont have dustbins atleast for each lane, please provide dustbins atleast for a lane, the workers who are assigned to collect garbage are very active in collecting extra money for each dustbin than in collecting garbage. Please consider this issue

ISuue: Street Dogs coming across to vehicles on road in the early morning time.
Sir,
We are working in a night shift located in Hitech-city area. I am staying at Shapur nagar, near by jeedimetla. We facing a big problem with street dogs. Dogs are coming on road across the road, One of friend met in a accident due to dog only. One of my colleague also caught bit by a dog.
So kindly please look at this issue seriously, and resolve our problem.
