Citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider,

The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has launched a 24x7 call centre for grievance redressal. The cell, to be situated at the CMTC building at Banjara Hills, will operate with the number "155304".

Addressing a press conference on Monday, GHMC Mayor Mohammad Majid Hussain and Commissioner M T Krishna Babu said that citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider, including both landline and mobile numbers.

"The call centre will operate with six seats in each shift, and can be expandable to 10 seats in each shift. The call center can take 60 concurrent calls at any given point of time," it was announced.

The Commissioner said that the call centre would register all types of grievances and provide end-to-end redressal and follow-up with the officers concerned at various levels.

It will have two PRIs with 60 channels live to handle call centre calls, and one additional PRI with 30 channels to handle redundancy.

The data connectivity is through Intranet with a speed of 2 Mbps, and the facility will also have a 24x7 power backup.

Apart from this call centre, grievances can be registered through three other mediums. Citizens can lodge complaints through the website www.ghmc.gov.in, through the eSeva number on 1100, and during the GHMC's Face2Face programme with citizens. Further, grievances registered through VIPs, including MPs, MLAs, MLCs and corporators, will also be registered with the call centre.

The Mayor and Commissioner said they would personally monitor the functioning of the call centre, which, they claim, is being operated by professional and "highly qualified" personnel. (INN)

Due to drainage block in street no. 2, Panduranga Nagar, Hyderguda, Attapur, Rajendernagar, RR Dist, drainage water is getting diverted into our houses. Kindly take an early action to solve this problem.

GHMC - Grievance number 2017-01-C302650 was Solved.
Raised the request one day before and the next day issue is fixed.

Sir,lot of mails I have written, but no use for open nalas cleaning in Bharat Nagar colony ramanthapur from starting h.no 3-5/20 srinu and ending h.no 3-5/15 laxman house. Please do the needful. Do the work fast. Kindly take action on these.

No one has taken action for above subject. Why? After several mail came and see the open nalas beside renuka yellamma temple from 3-5/20 sinu house to 3-5/15 laxman house in bharath Nagar, ramanthapur.

Cleaning work not done? After so many mails. Please look at the mails I have given for how many times. But no official has came and looked the problem. Besides renuaka yellamma temple big open from starting to ending the complete blocked. Kindly look problem and slove the problem. For past 2 months I have given mail.

How many mails I have written for cleaning of open nalas in Bharath Nagar colony beside renuaka yellamma temple big nalas starting from h.no.3-5/20/A sinu house to h.no.3-5/15 upto laxman house. Otherwise tell me to whom I can approach for this open nalas cleaning. Corporater or mla. Kindly give us mail.

Pl take care of illegal banana cold storage behind prima theatre working round the clock as if nagarvnew mallepally. Creating lot of noise pollution. Can't sleep at all. Parks the DCM on the road . Illegal electricity also

Dear Sir, My grivances No. 2016-12-W299164 dated 23.12.2016 shown as open on 4.1.2017 and shown as NO RECORDS on 19.1.2017. Grivances and complaints are negleted by the GHMC,Even my registered complaints to the Commissioner and the honourable minister KTR did not get the status of reply.

Dranage overflow from almost a week... inD.V colony , minister road , from my independent house no 16, had been to near by mch department almost four times but they r not responding and today morning they are like first deposit rs 1500/- only then we will come an see what is the problem.

We made several complaints regarding non-glowing of street lights at Arunodaya Nagar, Nagole. These lights are not glowing for the last 20 days. No fruitful action has been taken so far.. Residents are facing lot of problems in the colony. We there request the authorities to rectify immediately.
