Kiran Reddy Govt. Safe: Moily
Union Law Minister and Congress In-Charge of Andhra Pradesh Affairs M Veerappa Moily maintained that Jaganmohan Reddy posed no threat to the state government.
Union Law Minister and Congress In-Charge of Andhra Pradesh Affairs M Veerappa Moily on Tuesday denied that there was any threat to the state government.
Talking to media persons after meeting Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy at the Camp Office, Moily said that 'temporary ripples in the water do not mean a storm'.
He asserted that the Congress party had a history of 125 years and such ripples would not affect it, and there was no need to worry about the government.
When asked to comment on what action would be taken against the Congress legislators who participated in Jaganmohan Reddy's Jal Deeksha at Jantar Mantar, Moily said that this would be decided by the party 'in due course'.
