Alleging that the ruling Party behaved arrogantly with its absolute majority in the Legislative Assembly, Congress MLA and former Minister D K Aruna opined that the Winter Session of the Assembly left the people of the State unhappy.
Speaking to the media on Thursday, Aruna alleged that the Assembly virtually turned into a forum for the TRS party. The Congress pulled up the ruling Party on the Land Acquisition Act in the House and succeeded in creating awareness among the people on the State government's Land Acquisition Act, but it did little.
She said the State government failed to instill confidence among the farmers.
Aruna also alleged that the ruling Party wasted precious time of the House with ideas and visions that were merely wishful thinking. She claimed that Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao failed clarify on carrying forward the funds of SC/ST sub-plan funds.
