If the Congress wins in the upcoming Assembly elections in Telangana, who will be the Chief Minister? This has become a big topic of discussion in the political circles in the State.
TPCC chief Revanth Reddy responded to this today. Participating in the TANA sabhas being held in the US, Reddy said that if necessary Mulugu MLA Seethakka would be made the CM.
Seethakka has a positive image as an MLA in Telangana politics. She has earned a reputation as an empathetic politician by mingling among the people and helping those in distress.
She also has a good relationship with Revanth Reddy, who has repeatedly said that she was like his own sister. She too said many times that she considered Reddy her brother. Reddy had also publicly stated earlier that Seethakka would be given a key post if the Congress came to power.
In other comments, Reddy also said that if the Congress came to power in the country, it would complete the Polavaram project and make Amaravathi the capital of AP.
