Victory For TRS, MIM Will Endanger Peace: BJP

Also stating that Rs 7 lakh crores would be needed to construct one lakh double bedroom houses, the BJP said it was impossible for the TRS to do.
Hyderabad | 29th January 2016
Union minister Bandaru Dattatreya today appealed to the people of Greater Hyderabad to vote for the BJP-TDP alliance's candidates in the February 2 GHMC elections.

Speaking to mediapersons today, Dattatreya felt that there would be a threat to the peace and tranquility in the metropolitan city if the citizens opted to vote for the MIM and TRS candidates.

He exuded confidence that the BJP-TDP alliance would emerge as the single largest party in the GHMC elections.

Taking a dig at the TRS government's double-bedroom scheme, the Union minister asked from where the State government would get the money for the construction of one lakh DBR houses.

Stating that Rs seven lakh crores would be needed for the construction of one lakh double bedroom houses, he said that nothing would be possible without the assistance of the Union government.

Dattatreya today participated in election campaigning in the Goshamahal and Gudimalkapur divisions.
