Two-Day Holidays For Christmas, Eids In Telangana

Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao announced 2-day holidays for Christmas, Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Azha (Bakrid) in the State.

Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao on Friday announced 2-day holidays for Christmas, Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Azha (Bakrid).

Reacting to the request made by MIM floor leader Akbaruddin Owaisi in the State Legislative Assembly, the Chief Minister announced 2-day holidays for the three festivals.

However, he said that the first "Second Saturday" after those festivals would be a working day. (INN)
