The free Wi-Fi for commuters of the State-run TSRTC metro luxury buses announced by Airtel has been put into practice today.
The service is being launched in 115 buses operating between several routes across the city, for about six months.
Commuters can use up to 20 minutes of 4G internet per day, as per reports.
After the free period, commuters will have to buy data packs starting from 100 MB for Rs. 25.
Once aboard the luxury bus, passengers can connect to the Airtel 4G Wi-Fi by entering their phone number and a one-time password (OTP) in the phone's networks tab, reports said.
