TRS MP B Suman alleged that Telangana Political JAC chairman M Kodandaram had turned into an agent of the Congress party.
Speaking to the media at the TRS Legislature Party office on the Assembly premises on Monday, the TRS MP warned Kodandaram of consequences if the latter criticized the Telangana government and politicized welfare schemes. Suman said that if Kodandaram tried to malign the image of the TRS intentionally and continued the hostility, he would face the music.
Suman pointed out that the Political JAC chairman did speak out against the merger of seven mandals of the Khammam district with Andhra Pradesh. Kodandaram was only trying to obstruct the ongoing irrigation projects at the behest of the Opposition, he claimed.
The TRS MP questioned Kodandaram on his loyalties and asked him if he was favouring the Congress. However Suman promised that the ruling Party would accept constructive criticism.
Suman added that the entire nation was hailing the historic Mission Bhagiratha and Mission Kakatiya projects launched by the State government. He challenged that even a million persons like Kodandaram weren't enough to sabotage the welfare schemes and developmental programs launched by the KCR-led government.
Kodandaram once stood for justice and also helped in achieving Statehood for Telangana, but now had reversed his stance and favoured the Congress, he lamented.
