The Speaker of the AP Legislative Assembly, Kiran Kumar Reddy, has said in a press meet that out of the 222 resignations submitted to him so far, 129 have been rejected because were not submitted according to the rules and resignations of the legislature. Only 1 resignation letter has followed the rules, and has been accepted, though Reddy refused to disclose the name.
92 MLAs had withdrawn their resignations.
The Speaker said that for an election to be conducted, the government must spend about Rs. 100 crores, and that they, as politicians, have no right to force the process to happen.
In another context related to student suicides, he said that everyone in the government has the responsibility of maintaining law and order in the state since about 50 lakh students are writing exams on which their entire lives depend wholly on. He stressed that politicians don’t have the right to play with their lives and future and that they must be protected by parents, teachers and lawmakers alike.

I think that these MLAs are doing a lot of drama. If they want to resign let them go and let someone eligible and capable take their post. These good for nothing MLAs are spoiling the good name of India.
