Cong MLCs Appeal To Seemandhra Leaders

Congress MLCs, K Yadav Reddy, and K R Amos appealed to the Seemandhra leaders to not obstruct the formation of Telangana.

Congress MLCs, K Yadav Reddy and K R Amos, on Tuesday, requested the Seemandhra leaders to maintain restrain over the Telangana issue.

Talking to reporters in the Assembly premises, the Congress MLCs said that the people of Telangana have sufferred for the last 60 years and at a time when the Central government was giving statehood for the region, the Seemandhra leaders should not try to obstruct it.

They said that the Seemandhra leaders should facilitate the formation of Telangana in a cordial atmosphere.

The Congress MLCs also slammed the YSR Congress party MLAs for resigning in favour of united Andhra Pradesh and said that the party has proved itself to be an anti-Telangana party. (INN)
