Minister A Indrakaran Reddy and MLA Gandhi faced something of an ordeal today when they were trapped in an elevator for several minutes.

Minister A Indrakaran Reddy faced something of an ordeal today when he was trapped in an elevator for several minutes.

He was in the Miyapur area to attend a real estate event when the incident took place.

MLA Gandhi was also with the minister in the lift.

According to reports, the lift got stuck due to some technical snags.

However, the police and other officials managed to bring in technical staff to repair the elevator, and get the minister and the MLA out of the lift to safety.
