Telangana Mandates 1 Year State Service For PG Medical Students
The Telangana government today made it mandatory for PG medical students to serve for one year in government hospitals, due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The Telangana government today made it mandatory for post graduate medical students to serve for one year in government hospitals, due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The government issued orders in this regard and asked the officials to make the necessary arrangements, including to ensure that the PG sutdents reported to the allotted hospital's superintendents.
The government said that the decision was taken to ensure that health workers got the proper training needed during the pandemic.
Upon the issuance of the orders, DME Ramesh Reddy instructed the principals of the various medical colleges in the state to take immediate steps to comply.
