Sharmila's Padayatra Reaches Sattupally
YSR's daughter Sharmila reached Sattupally as part of her Maro Praja Prasthanam Padayatra on the same day as her father's padayatra had reached the town 10 years ago.

In a strange but interesting coincidence, Y S Sharmila's "Maro Praja Prasthanam" Padayatra, on Saturday, reached the Sattupally town of Khammam district, which had hosted her father, Dr. YSR's historic Praja Prasthanam Padayatra exactly a decade ago.
On this day (May 11), ten years ago, YSR's Praja Prasthanam reached the town of Sattupally, where YSR addressed a huge public meeting at the Ring Centre bus stand.
In what seems like a repetition of history, YSR's daughter, Sharmila, is also scheduled to address a public meeting on Saturday at the same venue.
It was also revealed that Sharmila is scheduled to rest for the night at the outskirts of Tallamada after addressing the public meeting. YSR, after addressing the public meeting, had also rested for the night in the same area.
As part of his Praja Prasthanam Padayatra, YSR had stepped into the West Godavari District on the very next day of his Sattupally visit. Repeating the gesture (again, coincidentally?), Sharmila will also step into the West Godavari district tomorrow, after completing her walkathon in Khammam district today.
She walked a distance of 12.2 km on Friday along with several leaders of the YSRCP, including Jalagam Venkata Rao, Machcha Srinivasa Rao, Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy, Payam Venkateswarlu, Tati Venkateswarlu and Y S Konda Reddy, who accompanied her during the day's Padayatra. (INN)
