The Telangana High Court on Friday heard the arguments of different petitioners in the cases pertaining to the proposed demolition of the existing Secretariat and the Irrum Manzil buildings.
The counsel for one of the petitioners alleged that the State government had deliberately removed the name of the 150-year-old Irrum Manzil heritage building from the list of Protected Buildings in 2015.
The court also heard the arguments of the petitioners over the issuance of the GO on the issue.
Later, the court adjourned the hearing of the case till Monday for continuation of the arguments.
