Yet another arrest has been made in relation to the Mecca Masjid blast of 2007. Acting upon a confession by Rajendar Chowdhary - another accused in the case who was arrested
earlier this month, the NIA tracked down 25-year-old Tejram Parmar to Debalpur near Indore, and took him into custody on Monday afternoon. Sources say that he might be produced in Nampally court today.
According the police in Indore, Tejram, believed to be from the same right-wing group as the two other accused, was working as a taxi driver in that area.
Investigations is currently on to figure out the links between the blasts at Mecca Masjid, Samjhauta Express, Ajmer Dargah and a few other places, all of which happened at around the same time.
NIA, which began the probe in 2011, has already arrested five people with relation to the case so far, including Rajendar Chowdhary, Dhan Singh, Swami Aseemananda, Lokesh Sharma, and Devender Goud.
