Nagam Alleges Rs 2,400-Crore Irrigation Scam
BJP leader Nagam Janardhan Reddy alleged that a Rs 2,400-crore scam took place in the Palamuru-Rangareddy Lift Irrigation Scheme's pump house construction.
BJP leader Dr Nagam Janardhan Reddy has alleged that a Rs 2,400-crore scam took place in the Palamuru-Rangareddy Lift Irrigation Scheme's pump house construction.
Speaking to the media on Friday, Reddy claimed that the state government had enhanced the estimates of motors from Rs 50 crores each to Rs 90 crores, and said that there were 35 pumping stations in the scheme. He said that he had addressed a letter to Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao with all the details.
He also asked KCR to explain how he spent Rs 700 crores given by the Centre to the farmers. He reminded people that he had already lodged a complaint with the Enforcement Directorate and CVC against KCR.
Dubbing KCR as a Telangana betrayer, Reddy pulled up KCR for insulting Amit Shah. He exuded confidence that the BJP would come to power under the leadership of Shah whenever elections were held. He also dared KCR to a debate at Pragathi Bhavan.
