Many Leaders Call On Etela Rajendar In Hospital

Doctors of Yashoda Hospital said the minister suffered no serious injuries, and requested people not to visit and disturb him as he needed rest.

Stating that Telangana Finance Minister Etela Rajender, who was injured in a road accident in the Karimnagar district on Saturday, was hale and healthy, the doctors of Yashoda Hospital at Secunderabad said the minister suffered no serious injuries, and requested the TRS workers, the minister's admirers and others not to visit the hospital and disturb him as he needed complete rest for two days.

On Sunday morning, several leaders visited the hospital and spoke to the minister about his condition.

Ministers Indrakaran Reddy, Kadiam Srihari, K Taraka Rama Rao, and TRS secretary-general and MP K Keshav Rao visited the hospital this morning to enquire with Etela about his condition.

Senior Congress leader and MP V Hanumantha Rao, and former minister and MLA Jeevan Reddy also called on the finance minister in the hospital.

Governor E S L Narsimhan, union minister Venkaiah Naidu, Tummala Nageshwar Rao and Telangana JAC convener Prof. Kodandaram spoke with Rajendar over the telephone. (NSS)
